Canopy brings Parkside’s philosophy to West Cairo in a private residential community of 70+ fully finished family homes and serviced apartments. Set across 10 feddans on Waslet Dahshour, opposite Sheikh Zayed Entrances 4 and 5, it brings distinctive architecture together with greenery, open space and room for everyday life to unfold.
With 15% building coverage and 85% allocated to landscape and roads, Canopy gives the community room to breathe while keeping daily life connected.
